The website does not replace the booking engine or platform used for the booking.

Tourist tax, where due, is separate from the accommodation price.
Contents ↑Under Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the standard distance-contract right of withdrawal generally does not apply to accommodation for non-residential purposes supplied on a specific date or during a specific period.
Any commercial cancellation conditions included in the booking remain separate and continue to apply.
Contents ↑Standard check-in begins at 15:00, unless a different time is agreed or communicated for the individual stay. Check-out is by 10:00. The information provided in the confirmation or guest area applies.
Contents ↑Only guests included in the booking may occupy the property, within the confirmed capacity. Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
Children must stay under the responsibility of a parent, guardian or authorised adult.
Contents ↑Guests may access the property independently. Codes and instructions are personal to the stay, must be kept secure and must not be shared with people outside the guest group.
Contents ↑Guests must provide accurate data and readable documents where required for stay management and applicable obligations. The booking contact must be authorised to provide information about other guests.

Contents ↑Tourist tax is separate from the accommodation price and is calculated under current local rules. Exemptions may apply and, where available, payment may be made online.
If stay details change after a payment, an additional balance may become due. Any overpayment does not trigger an automatic refund: the guest should contact the property so it can be reviewed.
